• What if I get my order in a damaged/bad condition?

www.nationwide-watches.com is a B2B membership for the jewelry industry. To become a member you must have your FIEN number. We are a network website and are not involved with the sales or shipping of any watch. However in the very unlikely event that your order reaches you in a bad/damaged condition, you can inform the seller and also the site administrator and get authorization from the seller to send the items back. You can also leave and or view feedback on the member.

• How much time will it take to ship my items?

All watches listed are from jewelry stores around the nation. When purchasing a watch from a member you can work out a case by case deal on the shipping method.

• Can I purchase without registering?

No. You need to first become a member, authorized jewelers only, to take advantage of the great savings by searching the nation for your specific watch. After we verify that a company is a true dealer at that time you will be sent an approval and password to enter this site.

• Do I need to do anything after I receive the items?

You can login to the system and rate this member who you purchased the watch from. If you are the seller you need to remove the item immediately, go to 'delivered' after your transaction with the buyer is done. The seller as well can rate the buyer.

• How will I sell my products through your site?

To be able to sell your products through www.nationwide-watches.com you must be in the jewelry business and register with the site as a member. After receiving your approval and password then you can login and put in your information and upload photos. • What are the fees to become a member?

www.nationwide-watches.com charges a one year membership fee. That fee covers our cost of advertising the website on the major search engines, our goal is to help you generate more sales for your business and help the buyers get the lowest possible prices on luxury watches. We do not get any commission from the sales of your watch.

• How will I receive the payments for my delivered orders?

When you set up your account you can put your Pay Pal information in your admin area. Then the buyer can pay you with Pay Pal or they can call you and work out an alternative payment method that works for both parties.

• What if some of my items do-not fit into any of the categories in the site?

We list all of the luxury watch brands in categories, If you do not see the brand of your watch in the categories list then, go to “Mail Admin” and send a request to the administrator with your watch brand and style. We will have it set up ASAP.
 

• Do I need to pay for registering with the site as a seller?

When you register as a member then you will be able to buy or sell on the site.


AFFILIATES

• I want to become an affiliate of your site. How will I proceed?

You can become an affiliate of www.nationwide-watches.com by registering with us as an affiliate by going to the Affiliate Section. Remember that this is a Business to Business website. You can sign up jewelry stores, Watch stores and Pawn Shops only.

• How am I paid for affiliate registrations?

You will be paid for first purchase referred by you. The payment structure is subject to change from time to time the current payment is 10 % of membership fees only. You will continue to get 10% commission when a member renews their yearly membership.

• Will I get payment for the products purchased by the referrals made by me?

No. You will be eligible for only payments for the annual membership fee.

• When will I get the payments?

You can send the administrator of the site an email requesting for payment when you find that you have enough fund accumulated.

• Should I have a website in order to be your affiliate?

No. You need not require a website to become our affiliate. All you have to do is to get your advertising url from the Get URL page of www.nationwide-watches.com affiliate section and send an email to your local jewelry and watch stores asking them to become a member with this amazing new sales tool for their luxury watch industry.

• Where can I get the urls for publishing?

Login to the Affiliate Section and go to the 'Get URL' page. You can get the banners or urls from this section for advertising in your site or by email or by any other means.
